May I interest you in a Toyota Prius, sir?

In the spirit of Christmas, I thought I’d bring you this bit of Australian temperature history:  Sydney’s hottest Christmas Day on record was in 1868 when the city sweltered to 39 degrees celsius.

I do wonder what caused global warming back then?
