Another alarmist puzzled by the lack of warming

Barack Obama’s Energy Secretary, Steven Chu, has been certain we face doom from global warming:
Chu said Americans had yet to fully understand the urgency of dealing with climate change. “I don’t think the American public has gripped in its gut what could happen,” he told the Los Angeles Times in his first interview since taking the post. ”We’re looking at a scenario where there’s no more agriculture in California. I don’t actually see how they can keep their cities going.”
But now he’s not certain why that global warming has paused:
It’s fair to say we don’t understand these ripples. We don’t understand the downward trend that occurred in 1900 or in 1940. We don’t fully understand the plateau in the last decade.
Energy Secretary, Steven Chu, cannot possibly understand the causes of global climate changes while ignoring nuclear rest mass data that show neutron repulsion is the largest known source of nuclear energy and the driving force that triggers solar luminosity, solar neutrinos, and solar wind Hydrogen in the very proportions that are observed coming from the Sun [1].

The simple well referenced facts there will cause him to conclude that the unproven Anthropogenic CO2 causes Global warming hypothesis is easily disproved.
Hope he dosnt mind that your present features in some lampooning but I think it is deerved,
The subsequent facts do not require a science degree to arrive at a sound conclusion.
